RESULTS AND THANK YOU
The APL General Assembly and elections took place on Tuesday June 8, 2010.
APL members gave a progress report of the past year which included the final results of the fund-raising, approval of the accounts and Welfare Fund as of April 30, 2010.
For the elections, a quorum was reached with 22% of those entitled to vote. The 15 members who were elected will join the 5 existing members to form the new Committee.
This new APL committee will be responsible for representing the families of the French Lycée.
In the near future you will be informed of the different duties and functions of each committee member for the year 2010/11.
With this school year coming to an end, I wish to give a very warm “thank you” to the outgoing committee for its dedication and work throughout the past year. I also wish to express my support to the new committee for the completion of their mandate.
And of course a very big “thank you” to all the parents for the confidence they placed in us during this past year.
